Damages: If your item has been damaged before it reached you, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for an exchange, and in this case, if an exchange is not possible, we will offer a refund.
Full Refund: Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 2 days of receiving your item. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn and undamaged, and that it is returned in the original packaging
