Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or dispatched. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible through our approved contact channels.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order will be canceled. All cancellation requests are subject to review, verification, and approval by Amari Accessories.
2. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Where a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the order may qualify for a refund. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Where a monetary refund is not available, store credit may be offered at the discretion of Amari Accessories. Any store credit issued may be used toward future purchases and is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. Refunds or replacements after dispatch will only be considered in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Pre-Orders and Wholesale Orders
Pre-orders and wholesale orders are subject to separate cancellation and refund terms as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Customers are encouraged to review those terms before placing an order.
