• We deliver across Nigeria and partner with trusted logistics providers.

• Delivery timelines depend on your location but typically range from 1–5 working days.

• Once an item is dispatched, Amari Accessories is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

• Customers must ensure accurate delivery information is provided to avoid failed deliveries or extra charges.

 

4. Return & Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy is strictly limited to:

• Cases where a customer receives the wrong item or a damaged product due to our handling or packaging.

• Eligible pre-dispatch cancellations may qualify for a refund in accordance with our Cancellation Policy

5. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before dispatch. While canceled orders may qualify for a refund, all refund requests remain subject to review, verification, and approval by Amari Accessories

Where a monetary refund is not available, store credit may be offered at the discretion of Amari Accessories. Any store credit issued may be used toward future purchases and is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been dispatched, refunds will not be issued unless the issue is a direct result of our error, such as sending the wrong item or damage caused by our handling or packaging.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our pages (images, videos, text, product designs) belongs to Amari Accessories and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express permission.

7. Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who is disrespectful, abusive, fraudulent, or repeatedly violates our policies.
